Wordless Wednesday #6: Green mango salad

mango salad

Made from grated green mangos, mixed with onion, chilli, pepper, fish sauce, lemon juice, dried shrimps, bits of dried fish and some herbs and spices. With all these ingredients mixed together, it gives vibrant color, as vibrant as its sweet, sour, and spicy taste. Best eaten as appetizer.

That looks and sounds divine!

And the samosas in the previous photo really do in fact look like headless chickens. I'm glad I looked to see that they were in fact just samosas. Much more appetizing that way.

Hi ZJ, Happy WW! I'd eat that in a minute. Just put in a little more shrimp and fish and it would make me a very nice meal!

Our dog, Adi, likes to lay on her back too. It is so I can rub her tummy. Search for "Adi Can" on my other blog, she is there a lot.
